We dispatch it
You get a WhatsApp confirmation once it is booked. Standard delivery is 4 to 7 business days.
You pay on arrival
Hand the cash to the delivery agent. The amount is exactly what you saw when ordering.
The one limit worth knowing
Cash on Delivery applies to orders up to ₹4,000. Past that, checkout asks for online payment instead. That is a courier and cash-handling limit rather than a preference on our side.

An Ayurvedic oil is something you have to try on your own body before you know whether it suits you. No review settles that. Paying on delivery removes the part of the decision that has nothing to do with the product, which is whether a website you have not bought from before can be trusted with your money.
It also matters for who is often doing the buying. A lot of our orders are placed by someone in their thirties for a parent in their sixties, sent to a different city. COD means the person receiving it does not need to be involved in the payment at all.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery on pain relief oil?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across India on orders up to ₹4,000. Above that amount, checkout asks for online payment instead. You can also place a COD order over WhatsApp if you would rather talk to someone before ordering.
How does Cash on Delivery work?

Place the order with your name, phone number and address. No payment is taken at that point. The parcel is dispatched, and you pay the delivery agent in cash when it arrives. You will get a confirmation on WhatsApp once the order is booked.
Is there an extra charge for choosing COD?

No. There is no COD handling fee, and shipping is free, so the amount you hand to the delivery agent is exactly the order total you saw at checkout.
Which areas do you deliver to?

We ship across India, including smaller towns and rural pin codes. Standard delivery runs 4 to 7 business days from dispatch. If your pin code turns out to be unserviceable, we will contact you on the number you provided.
Can I check the product before paying?

You can accept the parcel and pay, then use the 30-day return window if it is not right for you. Delivery agents are not able to wait while a sealed parcel is opened and inspected, which is standard for COD across couriers in India.
What if I am not at home when it arrives?

The courier will normally attempt delivery again, and will usually call the number on the order first. Adding a landmark to your address and giving a number that stays reachable during the day both help.
Can I return a COD order?

Yes. The same 30-day return window applies whether you paid online or in cash. Refunds on COD orders are made by bank transfer to an account you nominate.
