Three ways to reach us

All three reach the same team. WhatsApp is quickest, the phone line is best if you would rather talk it through, and email suits anything that needs a photo or a document attached.

What to have ready

Most queries get sorted in one message if you send these along with it. Digging for an order number over three replies is what usually turns an hour into a day.

• For an order that has not arrived: your order number and the phone number you ordered with. You can also look it up yourself on the order tracking page.
• For a return or refund: the order number and a photo of the bottle, seal and outer packaging. Our refund policy explains the 30-day window and what qualifies for free return shipping.
• For a question about using the oil: which body part, how long it has been bothering you, and what you have tried so far. The application guide covers quantity, technique and frequency.
• For a medical concern: please speak to your doctor. We can tell you what is in the bottle and how to apply it, but we cannot advise on a diagnosis or on interactions with prescribed medicine.

Wholesale and bulk orders

Pharmacies, clinics, gyms and retailers can write to care@mukorossi.in with the quantity and the city you are in. Put “wholesale” in the subject line so it reaches the right person rather than the general support queue. Bulk orders are handled on prepayment rather than Cash on Delivery.
